Seller: [Company name, address, tax no]. Buyer: the business subscribing to Siparo. Subject: cloud software (SaaS) subscription under the selected plan. The fee is the amount shown on the payment page for the selected plan and period (monthly/yearly); it is collected by bank transfer or by credit/debit card via iyzico. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period; bank transfer subscriptions are extended with a new payment notice.
